Not a bad place food-wise, but the main reason it gets only 1-Медведев is that its smoking section is most of the restaurant and it’s non-smoking area is often ignored even though it’s always more crowded, not to mention poorly shielded from the smokers. Maybe I’ll reevaluate it next year when NC goes non-smoking.
