Your host is a diner aficionado, if such a thing can actually be said to exist.
I began my dinerlogging career at roadside dives in central California and eventually graduated to urban diners all over San Francisco. Now I’ll pretty much logue any diner that will serve me eggs over medium, whites firm, yolks warm but slightly runny.
I sometimes think of raising chickens and opening my own diner. But then, I sometimes think of voting Republican, and just because you think of something doesn’t necessarily mean you should do it…
